Training|
Engineers and designers at KJWW complete a formal education program shortly after starting with the company. The training program is conducted by fellow technology department designers and other department personnel to instruct new engineers and designers on design methods, technical considerations, company procedures and services. Each new engineer and designer receives a design manual to use as a future reference. All entry-level engineers and designers are assigned to a more experienced staff member for on-the-job training. Training continues throughout the employee’s career at KJWW. In-house seminars are conducted covering a wide range of topics including new products, design procedures and project management. Technology engineers and designers attend professional seminars and are encouraged to be active in technical societies such as BICSI and Infocomm.
