The owner’s budget was very tight. KJWW worked closely with contractors to reduce construction costs while still achieving the owner's project goals.
Routing utilities also was a challenge because of the building's low floor to ceiling heights.
The building’s wood construction required additional fire protection to meet fire ratings. Fire, smoke and radiation dampers were installed on the project, as well as sprinklers.
