KJWW provides construction administration services. Our staff is composed of graduates with degrees in the Construction Sciences— mechanical, electrical, and structural engineering. We also have several staffers with field experience as electricians, plumbers, general contractors and owners’ representatives. Members of the department are responsible for construction-related administrative activities on assigned projects.

Staff has experience on a wide variety of project types including educational facilities, laboratories, commercial buildings, medical complexes, industrial and governmental facilities. Our staff is also experienced with the official forms, procedures and construction codes required by various government agencies.
Training |
Construction Administrators at KJWW complete a formal education program shortly after starting. The training is conducted by other administrators and design engineers to provide instruction on technical considerations, company procedures and services. A manual is issued for use as a reference. Construction Administrators attend training seminars to learn new product information along with new construction techniques in the industry.
